This is one of our high yield ‘Rooming House’ properties that was completed purposely to be like co-living, but more private.  This house was split into 5 separate studio units, each one comes complete with it’s own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom to all be self-contained, but still with common areas if they choose to use them.  This is maximum independence coupled with flexible shared living arrangements.
